Job Responsibility:
1.Deliver the proposal with the solutions based on the customer’s requirements.
2.Analysis the system background and design the system architecture.
3. Manage and implement the QAD and other application project, EDI, Barcode, Workflow as well,
4. Be responsible for QAD customization coding and program change control.
4. Act as the QAD system and database administrator for centralized QAD/ERP system.
5. Provide QAD/ERP technical support to end users such as access security control.
6. Update QAD service patch properly when necessary.
7. Backup QAD/ERP system data and ensure the whole system security in accordance with internal control procedures and SOX requirements.
8. Manage the QAD licensing issues and EPR server administration.

3.Responsible for project delivery from requirements/proposal phase to delivery phase by professional project management methodologies;
4.Responsible for customer satisfaction, resource utilization, quality and process management;
5.Ability to leverage the outsourcing/vendor to achieve project deliverables within agreed time scales;
6.Ability to negotiate and influence customers/stakeholders;
7.Deliver the result align with target set by IT Manager to meet the goals of team;
8. System and application administration. Ensure & maintain suitable HW/SW environment for application systems;
9.Quick adapt to new environment and prompt response/handle the new knowledge;
10.Good knowledge of the ERP (QAD) and well understand manufactory, logistics, finance, EDI in Auto/Engineering industry;
11.Workable skills of the progress programming to QAD customization and report generation;
12.Workable English both of verbal and writing.
